Each of our ten rooms and suites is named after the treasures, spices, and textiles that once flowed through Marrakech’s markets — as Ruby, Saffron, Pistachio, Pearl, Cashmere — celebrating the city’s legacy as a crossroads of trade and culture.

All guests enjoy daily breakfast, complimentary Moroccan mint tea and filtered water throughout the day, and access to the patio with the pool and the salon. Air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi are provided in each room and suite.

Junior Suites

Each Junior Suite (approx. 26 m² / 280 sq ft) — in Pistachio, Ruby, Velvet, or Turquoise — offers a distinct personality while maintaining refined elegance. Handcrafted zellige walls, some topped with marble ledges, create striking focal points behind the beds. Bathrooms feature smooth tadelakt walls, copper-and-marble sinks, and, in select suites, marble floors. Some suites also include a fireplace, blending traditional craftsmanship with timeless sophistication. Soft ambient light from copper lamps and carefully chosen furnishings enhance the serene, indulgent atmosphere.

Senior Suites

Each of our two Senior Suites (approx. 36 m² / 390 sq ft) — in Rose and Saffron — offers an expansive and tranquil retreat, thoughtfully designed for comfort and understated luxury. Generous in size, every suite includes a comfortable sitting area adorned with warm Berber textiles, creating an inviting space to unwind.

Handcrafted zellige walls, smooth tadelakt finishes, and copper-and-marble accents lend an artisanal richness throughout. Depending on the suite, guests may enjoy marble flooring in the room or bathroom, or the added charm of a traditional fireplace. The spacious ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower and refined materials that highlight the region’s craftsmanship.

The Deluxe Rooms in Ivory and Cardamom (approx. 22 m² / 240 sq ft) and the Comfort Room in Pearl (approx. 16 m² / 170 sq ft) are the two room categories at Amanar, offering a cozy yet refined way to experience the riad. Bathrooms feature copper-and-marble sinks, with the Deluxe Room also showcasing handcrafted zellige tiles. Signature Suite

The Amanar Signature Suite (approx. 45 m² / 485 sq ft) — in Cashmere — is the hotel’s most spacious and distinguished accommodation, offering a serene and refined retreat. A king-size canopy bed sits behind a carved wooden lattice (mashrabiya), while a separate living area with plush velvet seating surrounds a cozy fireplace. Handmade zellige tile floors flow throughout, reflecting artisanal craftsmanship at every turn.

The marble-clad ensuite bathroom features a rain shower and double vanity, blending contemporary comfort with traditional details. Warm textures, soft lighting, and subtle Moroccan accents create an intimate, luxurious atmosphere, perfect for moments of relaxation and quiet indulgence.

Private Riad

Amanar can be reserved as a private riad for groups of up to twenty guests, offering exclusive access to all suites and common areas, including the zellige-tiled pool, salon, and marble patio. Ideal for celebrations, gatherings, or simply a shared retreat, the house provides a serene haven where guests can enjoy comfort, privacy, and tranquility.
