These terms and conditions outline how customers may use Amanar’s services, including reservation services available on the website. By completing a reservation or staying at Amanar, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Amanar reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.

1. Booking Policy

Room reservations (with the exception of group bookings) can be made online via the website and online travel agencies. All essential characteristics of the room, availability dates, price, options offered, payment conditions and particular conditions of sale applicable to the selected rate are presented during the reservation process.

All room rates indicated on the website include VAT. The tourist tax is not included and is payable upon arrival.

Depending on the rate, a deposit of up to 100% is required at the time of booking to secure a reservation. Customers will receive a booking confirmation via email once the deposit is processed. The remaining balance is due upon check-in.

The minimum age for guests is sixteen (16). Any person under the age of eighteen (18) must be accompanied by an adult.

The maximum room occupancy for adults is two (2). Additional guests must be accommodated in separate rooms.

Online bookings must be paid by credit card. On our premises, we accept cash payments.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellation terms are subject to the conditions stated in the room rate. In case of a cancellation, Amanar will put its rooms back on sale.

All bookings made directly through our website are fully refundable until 28 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. After this period, bookings become 100% non-refundable.

In the event of the customer's failure to show up on the first day of his/her reservation and inform the property about his/her arrival on a later date, the customer's reservation will be cancelled in full and Amanar will charge the credit card provided at the time of the reservation with the remaining balance.

Refunds for bookings made via the website will, if applicable, be processed within ten (10) business days.

If a group booking is partially canceled, charges may still apply for the remaining rooms.


3. Check-In, Check-Out and Breakfast

Check-in is available from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. For late arrivals, please inform us in advance to ensure a smooth check-in process. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

Check-out time is 11:00 am. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Customers who remain in their room past the check-out time on the last day of their reservation without prior agreement will be charged an additional night.

Breakfast is included in all room rates and is served from 8:00 am to 10:30 am. Other meals are available upon request. Please inform us of dietary restrictions in advance.

4. Use of Facilities

Guests are welcome to use shared facilities, including the lounge, pool, and patio during designated hours. Please follow any posted guidelines or staff instructions when using these facilities. Additional fees may apply for premium services such as spa treatments, restaurant consumptions or guided tours.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Guests are expected to respect local customs and traditions, including appropriate behavior and attire.

Pets are not allowed at the property.

Outside visitors are only allowed with prior approval.

Smoking is not permitted in the rooms and is only allowed in designated areas.

Pool

The pool is open daily from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.

There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their children. Amanar is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages sustained while using the swimming pool.

Children and non-swimmers must be accompanied by an adult who is able to swim at all times.

Running, jumping, diving and excessive noise are prohibited in the pool area. Failure to comply may result in management asking the guest to leave the pool area.

Glassware, food and beverages are not allowed in the pool area.

Guests are advised to exercise caution when using the pool area, as the marble flooring may be slippery when wet.

Guests with open wounds, skin conditions, or any contagious illness are kindly requested not to use the pool facilities.


5. Liability and Damages

Amanar is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to guests' belongings. A safe is provided in each room for valuables.

Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property or furnishings and may be charged accordingly.

Security measures, including CCTV, are in place for your safety.


6. Privacy and Data Protection

Guest information is collected for booking purposes only and is handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Customer information is shared where legally necessary with authorities and in order to fulfill services booked by a customer, e.g. for transfers and guided tours. In such cases, only necessary data will be shared with third parties in order to ensure those services.


7. Force Majeure

Amanar is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics. In such cases, we will work with customers to reschedule or refund bookings where possible.


8. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

In case of disputes, we will attempt to resolve matters amicably. If resolution is not possible, the matter will be subject to Moroccan law.

Any legal disputes will be handled by the courts of Marrakech.
